Clients Synthesis

You will find yourself on the Client Summary page which lists your clients as well as the relative unpaid amounts and their main details.

The first step required to create an invoice or quote is to create a client in your company. To do this, start by clicking on Clients under the Contacts section.

* You can also create your client from the invoice or quote edit page.

How to

  1. Go to Contacts › Clients to display your client list.
  2. Review the overview with the number of clients and the total amounts.
  3. Use the search and the filters to find a client.
  4. Click a client to open its detailed sheet.

New Client

We will go to the New Client page in order to create a Client. To do this, click on New Client at the top right of your page.

Creating a new client is divided into 5 groups of information. The first one is related to General Information about your client. Start by filling in the First Name, Last Name, and Company, which will generate three displayed Name formats (used on your PDFs later) as follows: Last Name, First Name; First Name Last Name; Company. Fill in the email field if you want to send invoices and quotes directly from Iberis. The second group includes your client's professional details, such as their registration number, activity, and currency. The currency is important as it determines whether conditional additional fields and the currency are displayed on your documents. Other fields are optional.

Next, let's move on to the third and fourth groups of information, which cover the Shipping and Billing Addresses. You can fill in one and click 'Copy from * *' to fill in the other with the same details if your client's billing and shipping addresses are the same. These fields are not mandatory but can be used on your documents. The fifth group of information only contains Notes, which is a field the client won't see anywhere and helps you record internal notes for yourself and your team.

  1. Informations générales — Prénom, Nom, Entreprise, Email
  2. Informations professionnelles — Matricule, activité, devise
  3. Adresse de livraison — Optionnelle, utilisable sur PDF
  4. Adresse de facturation — Copiable depuis l'adresse de livraison
  5. Notes internes — Visibles uniquement par votre équipe

A Client Summary shows you important statistics about your sales and payments to that client. Then you find a summary of your client's information.

The last tab allows you to access the client's editable file. You can enter the details of more or modify fields already filled in then click on Save at the bottom of the form
